1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any products or services provided by Doctor Paws ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use or purchase Doctor Paws products or services.
2. Subscription Services
- Doctor Paws offers subscription services for its products with 40, 60, and 120-day intervals. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. There is no minimum commitment.
- First-time subscriptions are eligible for a 20% discount as part of our introductory offer.
3. Payments
- We accept major U.S. credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods supported by Shopify’s payment processor, which may include PayPal.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.
- Doctor Paws does not store credit card details; payment information is handled by our third-party processor.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Doctor Paws offers a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of receipt, even if the product is opened or used.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. After 60 days, returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Doctor Paws will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for packaging the return securely.
5. Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or high volume periods, processing times may take up to 5 business days.
- Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 5 days of delivery for replacement or refund eligibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and trademarks provided by Doctor Paws are the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers
- Doctor Paws products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and checking for potential allergies.
- If you are unsure whether Doctor Paws products are appropriate for your pet, consult a licensed veterinarian before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Doctor Paws shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
Doctor Paws reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
